Description:
As a child, the man now known as "Tiny Wo" had the misfortune to be born as a "little person" to an aristocratic
family that considered him to be somewhat of a disgrace. Constantly mocked by his parents and siblings, Wo ran away from home, supporting
himself as a sideshow performer and entertainer. He was still being mocked, but at least he would be paid for it.
Along the way,
Wo picked up the skills that would serve him later in life: sleight-of-hand, acrobatics, and street smarts. Wo was able to parlay
these skills to increase his personal income exponentially, and was soon both entertaining patrons and robbing them blind, usually
simultaneously and without anyone the wiser.
In 1924, Wo performed at Club Lao, controlled by notorious gangster Roy Lao. Rather
than punish Wo for his indiscretions, Lao offered Wo a percentage in exchange for his loyalty to the Club, and by extension,
to Lao, the Green Gang, and Big Ears Du himself.
From that time, Wo has become one of the Green Gang's most notorious enforcers.
He has since moved on from petty theft, and into full blown extortion - and in this vein he is extraordinarly gifted.
Preferred Weapons:
Wo favors the Thompson SMG at range. He is also a competent knife fighter, and has been described as "slightly
less well mannered than a rabid dog" in close quarters brawling.
Training:
Wo is street smart, with a keen mind. As a travelling
performer and thief, Wo learned Sleight
of Hand, and became a competent acrobat.
Wo has a savage temper, and is cruel beyond
compare when mocked for his size, or worse yet, reminded that he comes from an aristrocratic family.
Known Allies and Associates:
Wo
is closely aligned with the Green Gang, and is fiercely loyal to Lao, who has treated Wo with respect and given Wo a good deal of
responsibility in handling the affairs of Club Lao. As a mark of their longstanding friendship, Lao is the only man who has
the courage to call Wo by his eponym, "Tiny", and Wo allows him to do so without even remotely considering the possibility of slitting
his throat...
Lao privately holds ambitions of toppling Big Ears Du. Should it ever come to that, Wo would probably be his most
ardent supporter.
