THE INTERNATIONAL SETTLEMENT is the most densely populated collection of non-Asian natives in all of continental Asia, with a population
greater even than Britain's holdings in Hong Kong. The majority of foreign inhabitants are of American and European extraction, but
a smaller number of Africans can also be found. In addition, thousands of Asians, from throughout the continent, can also be found,
with the Chinese themselves comprising a minority of the population.
The individuals here live, work, or otherwise
do most oftheir business in the International Settlement. They include heroes, villains, and ordinary citizens just trying to get
by.

FC Julian, Private Investigator, is one of the many foreigners
living in Shanghai. He has recently been contracted by the Society of Virtuous Pagans to pursue a series of unsolved cases. The truths
that he will discover will shake him to his very core. FC Julian is approximately 31mm tall to the eye. Sculpted by Leandro Ventic.
The Great Adamski
moves freely amongst the upper and lower classes in Shanghai. His reputation as a performer has made him a minor celebrity with
the public. His reputation as a... solver of problems... has made him a valuable ally for those who can afford his unique services.
Adamski was sculpted by Brian Cooke. He includes an extra puppet, and is designed so that the puppets can be magnetized and interchanaged,
and more puppets are planned for future release. In addition, he carries a small suprise held behind his back... a trusty revolver
of Czarist manufacture... Approximately 30mm tall to the eye.
