Just wanted to let you all have advance warning. USPS has raised rates -again- on First Class International Post, based upon packages waying 11.5 ounces or more. While the rate seems to stay steady at around 9.00-10.00 at 11.5 ounces or more, this is considerably higher than it used to be (never more than four bucks for nearly everything we shipped).

To put it simply - if you place an order with one or more of our larger vehicles (the Ehrhardt is a good example of this) then please keep in mind that your shipping rate may be higher than you have previously experienced with us.

I hope that this will not dissuade you from future orders. Our rates are still quite low, compared to most companies in the hobby doing business internationally. Nevertheless, I feel it only fair to inform you of this change, as it's taken me somewhat by surprise when weighing up packages for mailing out recently.

That said, this rate is still lower than US Priority Mail, and it's -still- cheaper than UPS, so I still advise you to use the First Class Rate unless you absolutely need to get it there within a week, in which Priority, while more expensive, is probably your best bet.
